After hiking or skiing in Alta Badia, dinner is a chance to slow down. Our cooking brings together Ladin and South Tyrolean specialities with Mediterranean influences. Guests especially enjoy dishes such as Schlutzkrapfen, Turtres, dumplings and strudel. Aldo and the team are happy to suggest a wine with dinner, or an aperitif to start the evening.

On Thursdays, we serve regional specialities at our Ladin evening.
Sparkling aperitifs, Alpine cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere in our lounge bar.
Either as a selected wine accompaniment at dinner or at a tasting. Our wines always pair well.
